Only the one who has attended at lease one Ten-Day-Course taught by the assistant teacher with the tradition of S.N Goenka will be accepted.
Please note that:
1.Make sure to arrive 10~15 minutes before the time;
2.Switch off your mobile phone;
3.Keep silence during the sitting;
4.You may contact with the dhamma worker who is on duty for further assistance before the sitting begin;
